FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept visa, mastercard, american express and paypal, this is all done securely via Shopify’s robust and secure ecommerce platform.

All prices are in $USD (United States Dollars)

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and will not sell or distribute your name, email or shipping address to any third party.

SALES TAX
All Canadian customers will be charged sales tax. We do not charge taxes to customers living outside of Canada, but please be aware when you receive your order you might be charged taxes and duties by your home country. 

SHIPPING INFO
All items will be shipped via Canada post - orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order. You will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped out. We do not ship out orders on the weekend.

We do our best to source shipping and packing materials that are environmentally friendly, and reuse materials where possible. So, if you get a box with kind of random packing materials, that’s why. Please consider reusing and recycling any packing materials. Every little bit helps.

WE DO NOT MARK ITEMS AS "GIFTS" AND WE PUT THE TRUE VALUE OF THE ITEM SO THAT IF YOUR ITEM IS LOST WE CAN REFUND YOU THE FULL VALUE 

PLEASE NOTE - once we send out the order it is in the hands of the post office - please contact Canada Post with your tracking number to get more info on the location of your package (items that are sent with no tracking and no insurance, the post office cannot check its whereabouts because it has no tracking) you can also track your package at the Canada Post website www.canadapost.ca

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses - we ship to the address provided - refunds for your order cannot be made due to this. *If a note is left for a different shipping address please make sure you get a confirmation, if there is no confirmation from us by the end of the business day, it means we may not have received the changes - so please send an email to naomi(at)naomiclement(dot)com

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. I do my best to photograph the work so that it is an accurate representation of each piece, but ultimately, translating a three-dimensional piece of pottery into a 2-dimensional photograph is never going to be perfect. Please keep in mind that the image colour may appear differently according to your computer screen. Please also remember that each piece has been made by hand by a real live human. As such, there are slight inconsistencies and variations to the surface.

If, for some reason, your piece arrives broken, please inform me immediately, and send along a photograph of the damaged piece alongside the box it arrived in. I will send you a new piece at my expense.

All gift certificate and workshop/class purchases are final.

PRODUCT CARE

All items are microwave and dishwasher safe, though handwashing is best. Ceramic objects can be used and loved for years, but they are fragile. Dropping on floors is strongly discouraged, as is throwing across the room—this will likely result in breakage and feelings of regret.
