Hand-built Plates
VIRTUAL INSTRUCTIONAL WORKSHOP WITH NAOMI CLEMENT

In this virtual workshop, Naomi will demonstrate how she uses simple bisque molds to hand-build plates with textured slabs of clay. Special attention will be paid to refining rims and adding feet, as well as creating texture using various tools. Naomi will also discuss larger questions of proportion, as well as utilitarian considerations to keep in mind.
